Eligibility: Students and teachers of developing Countries for M. Phil. / Ph.D. and Post-Doctoral work (JRF-20; RA-7)

Purpose: Fellowship, contingency, department assistance, escort assistance for PH

Amount Ceilings: Ceilings as other fellowship schemes (selection and release though Institutions)
