With a view to create awareness, develop a culture for and facilitate protection and management of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) in the university system in India, UGC Guidelines for Awareness, Protection and Management of IPRs in the University System in India are proposed.
With inputs from experts, guidelines have been drafted. Before these are finalized, inputs from different stakeholders are invited on the Draft Guidelines. Please send your specific inputs to pagarwal@ugc.ac.in within May 20, 2005.
