Online Registration/Tracking System

The UGC is also contemplating for online registration and tracking for the Schemes

whereby the individual institutions and faculty members would be able to apply online, track and receive feedback.

To begin with on trial basis, the online registration is provided for travel grant only

Note: This online Registration is only to enable you to track your application. You are required to make formal application in prescribed format as per scheme guidelines and send it through proper channel along with necessary documents to the Deputy Secretary (Travel Grants), University Grants Commission, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi -110002.

You may attach a copy of the print out of Online Registration Form bearing Online Registration No. to enable UGC office to search and link your application with the Online Register and keep you updated of the status of your application. You could get the status through the UGC Website. Since the system is getting developed, it may take some time to post the status on the website, so bear with us.
