You are required to make formal application in prescribed format as per scheme guidelines within 15 days of online registration and send it through proper channel along with necessary documents to the Deputy Secretary (Travel Grants), University Grants Commission, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi -110002.

You may attach a copy of the print out of Online Registration Form bearing Online Registration No. to enable UGC office to search and link your application with the Onlin Register and keep you updated of the status of your application. You could get the status through the UGC Website. Since the system is getting developed, it may take some time to post the status on the website, so bear with us.
