In continuation to this office circular letter of even number dated 19.10.2006 on the subject cited above,I am directed to inform you that participation in two refreshers courses/summers institutes each of 3 to 4 weeks duration shalll be mandatory requirement for Career Advancement for Assistant Librarian/College Librarians/Assistant Director of Physical Education/College Director of Physical Education

Yor are requested to follow these guidelines and bring this to the notice of all the affiliated/constituent Colleges under your jurisdiction for necessary action please.
