A simple, portable comb type groundnut stripper for
manual groundnut stripping has been developed.
The application areas are for small and medium farmers
and landless labourers.
The competitive advantages are: (i) Suitable for all
groundnut varieties (ii) Higher stripping efficiency (iii)
Helps to reduce drudgery in stripping (iv) Saves 55% of
conventional cost per ton of groundnut. |
