Technology Description: An online personalization model was developed and tested with sample data obtained using OLAP space concept. The data was analyzed to develop clusters identifying different classes of customers having similar expectations and characteristics. The application area for this model is to provide feedback to queries related to demographic and psycho graphic profiles of the customers. The competitive advantage is: (i) Can be used to adopt to provide personalized service to its customers.
